Address Book in Outlook 2007

Real Estate Agent with Young & Young Properties SL3104907

I just started using Outlook 2007 last month.  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to separate my personal address book from my business address book?  I tried the "help" menu and it did not look like the information I was looking for.

The feature I like most is being able to load a picture into my signature.  I'm sure if I play around with it longer, I will find other things I like more.

Thanks for any help - JoAnn Srein

Helping clients say "Hello" to a "Good-Buy"....

I played with my outlook should be able to find where you can set up accounts (on the left side) and I made mine called:  Business contacts.  This helps me keep my propsects/clients seperate from my regular contacts.  THEN....

when I "sync" my phone & my computer, it keeps the contacts/business contacts seperate with different icons.  I can then view the history, etc...on my phone that I typed into each business contact's file.

Kinda cool!

Yes that is the way to do it with 07. My iPhone still hiccups when I try to seperate my contacts but that is not Outlooks fault. Looks to be more operator error.
