I'm sitting here watching the Tom Cruise Movie "The Last Samurai" and I'm thinking a lot about honor and "dying on your sword" when you know you're defeated. You may ask what this has to do with Real Estate.
Right now, we are all like the last group of Samurai, outnumbered and over powered by overpriced listing which are clogging up our MLS systems and will never sell. I ask you, is there honor in keeping properties which will never sell, or worse, take all of your resources for 6-12 months until the owner gives the listing to your competition? I say we all draw our Samurai swords and cut loose our overpriced baggage!
