In my last blog, I talked about moving to my new team and so; I wanted to dedicate this blog to my previous company, Keller Williams Realty Spartanburg. KW Spartanburg will always hold a special place in my heart. Keller Williams has so many values that are precious to me which made my decision to leave a sad and difficult decision. I believe my foundation as a Realtor is stronger because of the support and training from KW and the encouragement from my treasured KW friends. My decision to change companies and to join a team as a Buyers Agent instead of working as individual agent was strictly a business decision that I made for my family as well as my career. There are so many special people that work at KW Spartanburg that I will miss dearly. Thanks to all of you and please keep in touch.

Ginger, that was a very honorable note. As someone who has really benefitted from Keller, the culture and continual drive to be a better agent, I am sad to see anyone leave, I certainly don't see any company locally worth moving to. But you must do what you must. Maybe you can return. But whatever. we wish you the best.

Welcome to the world of KW. Now your income is unlimited.....and your retirement a reality in this business. With KW it is not about KW, it is all about you. The rest have yet to figure that out yet. I am puzzled at that as KW has risen to one of the top real estate companies without a marketing department and has no advertising...... Thus, sell who you are and you, not any company will succeed. i.e. It is all about you, but you have to make it happen.
