The most popular question right now is how is business going? Those who ask me this tend to have a terrified look on their face. I would like to help ease their tension and let everyone know, business is hype! Not just mine, but those all around me in all different components of our industry. I have noticed those doing well are those not worrying about it. Well, maybe they are in their own way, however, they are simply not focussing on it nor putting it out there from day to day. No more doom and gloom folks! The folks who are upbeat and positive are the ones who are getting the opportunity to flex their skills for clients and potentials at this time. The positive can do attitude is what consumers are gravitating towards from what I can see. If you don't catch on to the idea, you may not get the opportunity to engage and connect with those you are hopeful to do business with. They may just turn to the left and engage with that one gal or fellow who was having fun and generating buzz at their open house that one Sunday, or the friendly fun lender from their own bank to do their next loan.
Once you are able to give off the right energy at a comfortable pace to your sphere, I trust and believe that you will get the chance and opportunity to consult them with their journey to purchasing and or refinancing. I bet if you keep the right flow and upbeat attitude, you may be able to lliason them into all of their future endeavors, whatever they shall be!
This attitude is the secret of my success. Not only do I think and act like business is great, but it actually is because people want to let me in. Once the door is open for me to engage, I walk around ang get comfortable learning to know their wants and needs. This allows me to help in many ways and I do any chance I get. So when you folks might ask me how business is going, believe it is going extremely well and getting better with each day! I am loving what I am doing, thank you!
