Ed, it looks like reducing the Oak Ridge townhouse to 230K was the right number - the sellers accepted an offer on Saturday. The two at Deer Hedge Run are still at $259,900 but both sellers are very realistic - the units are newer and larger - the development has better facilities and is larger site. If you know someone who is looking in my area west of Boston, please let them know about these excellent values!
