Having lived in Florida and Texas, when I arrived in the Bay area, I was shocked to see how much the homes cost here.

After living here a few years, the shock is on the other side. A house like your listing would be around $1M here.

Thanks Pacita, I have been amazed we have not sold this home as it was previosly listed at $649K and we have just reduced to $509K. We hope this will light a spark!

Not Yet, I have not had an offer on this home and it has been decreased in price over $60K and in a beautiful neighborhood. I just want an offer! Where are the Buyers? I hope your area is doing well!
