Now is the time to move up from a starter home, to one that has the amenities that you have always wanted. With the real estate market at or near the bottom, this is the ideal time to buy. Today you can often find twice the home, newer, in a better location with much more square footage, at a price that is probably around the price of your starter home five years ago.
