Indians or Royals? I thought that Chicago had the Indians and a makeup game with Detroit. I could be wrong, but I do like the way that the Twins run their team, fundamentally sound with young agressive players.
I sure hope the royals dont spoil your party. I would rather see the twins. It won't matter because my Phillies look pretty good right now.
How much did the convention hurt the Twins? That was a pretty long road trip they had to go through.

I still member going to the games in 87 - downtown game seven was such a blast! Seems like a lifetime ago - I was a freshman at Augsburg and life was all fun. :) Go TWiNS

Whoo-hoo. As you know, Atllanta has a bad history with the Twins. The late Kirby Puckett did us in in the 1991 World Series at the Metrodome.
As a New yorker, my favorite "other" team is the Twins. Thank you Kirby Puckett for that.
But don't rule out the Indians. They've got nothing to lose and would love nothing else but to be the spoiler.
On paper, the Twins should romp them. But that's why they play the games on the field.
