I love my chosen career path and I absolutley love the RE/MAX office I work at in Cedar Park Texas. My sales manager, David Matthys, always knows just the right thing to say to me when I go to him for counsel. He is a great listener and has a great sense of humor ( so important for our profession). Lets face it, often times we don't like the other agents attitude or maybe our clients attitude but that doesn't matter. What does matter is that we deliver accurate communication in a timely and effective manner. Sometimes this requires us getting out of our own way. So I say this to myself and to all my fellow associates. Just the facts man, just the facts. Leave the drama for the stage!
I agree with you. We need to fair and ethical in all dealings and get along without back biting, moaning and complaining.
Drama! No, all that drama isn't necessary. I wonder why it is so easy to get carried away. Take a deep breath and count to ten. Act, don't REact.
Save the Drama Fo' Yo Momma!!!! Our office is fairly drama free miraculous considering we have 100 agents......Kelly Willey <><
Ain't that the honest truth. Thanks for taking a stand and telling everyone the way it should be. I hope that this helps some people to just let everything go.
Hey, I have heard about you, you must be the ever famous Robin of Cedar Park. Great Blog! :)
I didn't know you were famous? I love your blog - you and I both hate the drama. Boogey on mamma!! I think I hear Rio Grande calling my name.
