Now the big question.  Who determined and how was it determined how the money was distributed????

When I read about this part of the legislation, my thoughts were that the money would be used to benefit political cronies. 

Call me a cynic.

So would I ...interesting that all of a sudden all this money is being injected into our system but who is supplying it and why now is my question...where was it a few months ago?
