Mortgage and Lending with ASAP Mortgage

It has really been a very interesting start to 2007. With so many lenders that have already closed there doors and many others killing many of there products it is going to be interesting to see which Lenders will survive. I have to say that this was something that had to happen and for those of us that are in the industry for the long haul this can be a very good thing. Success to All

Andrew-I believe it is a good thing, not that lenders have closed doors and friends are unemployed but that the martket is or has corrected itself.

The market is in the middle of correcting itself. When will it be back to "normal?" When stated W2 becomes a thing of the past and Option ARMs require the borrower to pass a test verifying they know exactly how the loan works and what they're getting themselves into!

It will weed out some of the fly by nigght LO's

Those of us who know what we are doing and have a steady client base and referral base will still be here.

Now more than ever a Mtg Broker who knows what he/she is doing is needed by home buyers

If you stay up on lender guidlines and stay in contact we AE's from all diff types of lenders you will know where to send your deals and not waste time on deals that just cant be done.

Those people you can help repair their credit w them and have them as future clients.
