It's a very good point you make here. Video can do a better job than photos for fixer-uppers. It's funny, though, how agents are often reluctant to take even photos of the interior of a fixer-upper - they just want you to stop on by for yourself. I think we are going to see more and more transparency as a result of video tours.

I have seen a couple of "tongue in cheek" funny videos of fixer uppers. Bet the agent got lots of calls too!
