Fixer Upper need TLC (and Video) Tours Too!

That is right, why only use video for lovely, glamourous estate homes!

Fixer Uppers are a great candidate for video tours, because the buyers are eager to buy them.

The video tour will allow them to have a "video-checklist" of what has to be done.

I see how fixer upper buyers go on home tours with paper and pen, now they could have a video tour for reference also.

Being creative in this tough market is the key to survival and future success.

It's a very good point you make here. Video can do a better job than photos for fixer-uppers. It's funny, though, how agents are often reluctant to take even photos of the interior of a fixer-upper - they just want you to stop on by for yourself. I think we are going to see more and more transparency as a result of video tours.

I have seen a couple of "tongue in cheek" funny videos of fixer uppers. Bet the agent got lots of calls too!
