Who Enjoys Paying Taxes?

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Win-Share Business Services

Do you enjoy paying taxes? (either quarterly or at the end of the year)? It is safe to assume your answer is NO!

Now turn that question to your client base.  If you are involved in commercial real estate- rather it be you own your own commercial property or you work hand and hand with people who own commercial property- your clients do not enjoy paying money to the IRS anymore than you do! If there was a way to mitigate your quarterly and end of the year taxes, would you take advantage of it? Again, the answer is simple! Most people in today's economy need to keep as much money in their pocket as possible.  This extra money is needed to sustain their business, keep their business competitive and to continue to enjoy their normal "lifestyle".

The last question- If you could bring a service to your clients that would help them increase cash flow and mitigate taxes, would you? Or more importantly, wouldn't you be foolish not to?

For anyone who owns commercial property, the government allows commercial property owners to accelerate the depreciation on components of their commercial property.  That allows commercial property owners to have higher tax deductions and these higher deductions WILL put more cash in the property owners pocket! No brainer right? The twist on accelerated depreciation is it MUST be done/signed off on by an engineer- so commercial property owners can not just rely on their CPA! This is where my organization can help you and your clients who own commercial property.

This service can help commercial real estate agents and brokers in a couple ways.  First, the obvious good will it will generate with their client base.  Clients are always looking for value adds from people they work with/who service them.  Second, it can serve as a great additional revenue stream for individuals involved in commercial real estate! Lets face it- we are all effected by the nations economy as well!

I would love your feedback, thoughts and any questions you may have!
