RYAN HOMES STANDS BEHIND THEIR HOMES

Ryan Homes has really stepped up to the plate.  They offer a 1 year warranty to their original homeowners on their windows.  Recently, we had a home that had 10 windows with hermetic seal failure.  We called Ryan Homes and they connected us to the Manufacturer of the windows.  We contacted them and they will replace all of the windows with hermetic seal failure regardless of the homeowners status. Not only will they provide free windows, they will also install at no charge.   My clients are not the original homeowners, however the windows will be replaced at no cost to the homeowner currently or to the future homeowner.  Ryan Homes assured me that there would be a good resolution to this problem with the windows they installed and boy were they right. 

It pays to investigate these things before just giving up and having the seller pay for a problem that essentially came with the home.  These builders want to maintain a good reputation and relationship with agents and homeowners. 

Recently, I also called about another problem that was out of warranty with Ryan Homes.  They quickly sent someone out to the home and then had contractors come and fix the problem without incident.  The customer service department is wonderful and i would suggest to anyone who has a client with a Ryan Home that has a problem even out of warrarnty.... just ask, they most likely will fix it!!!!!
