First Open House...come on buyers

So I've done all the things Im suppose to do to prepare for an open house.

1.Set up open house signs (with balloons)

2. Flyer with business card attached

3. Open House Register sheet w/ pen

4. I even brought cookies and water for potential buyers

Now...I'm just waiting on buyers...or sellers...I'll take whoever.

Did you post to your blog about the open house, identifying the date and location? Did you post to Craigslist? Did you add your open house to dfwopenhouse.com? Did you send out invitations to the neighbors?
