Hello again, I hope that someone can help.
I'm sure many of you have heard about the pedestrian hit by the transport truck on Hwy 400 two weeks ago. The victim is still in Toronto hospital while her family is frantically looking for a place to live. Place that will accommodate the drastically changed needs of this wife and mother.
The husband and son came into my office about a week ago, and since then we have been searching for a bungalow with a finished basement in Barrie or south of Barrie that they could lease for at least a year. Regretfully, there is nothing like that available at this time. We are looking for a one floor living accommodations in a subdivision, or on a farm. They need to move in on November 1st.
If you currently have a suitable home listed for sale, and would consider leasing it to this family, kindly let your Agent know, that I'm looking.
If you have such home available for a minimum 1 year lease, please let me know. I will truly appreciate any help we can get finding the right home for this family. Their lives changed in a split second and they do need our help.
