Difference between a Broker and a Rookie Agent

i  came across this pic on the web about why dogs come in different sizes. i looked at the picture for a moment then it hit me,

the big dog is a broker and the small dog is a rookie agent

 Big difference huh, lol thought it was funny to share

(not that im calling brokers and agents dogs)

I don't know about that at all. The profit margin in real estate is quite small for the brokerages. I think often the agents earn more than their brokers (and have fewer headaches since they don't have to fix everyone else's messes).  A year ago, the rookie in my office made about 500k.... It just all depends.
