Staging WORKS!! in Phenix City & Opelika, AL

By
Home Stager with Wynning Interiors, LLC

I have heard all of the arguments...Staging won't work here...the market is too bad...this area is too small...I can't afford to stage.  I must admit, starting a staging business...even I was nervous, but check this out...

We have been working with Carlton Builders, Inc. since July.  To date, we have staged 4 houses and EVERY one has sold within 12 days of staging!!!  The latest house we staged on Thursday and it sold over the weekend...in 3 DAYS!!!

This begs me to ask the following questions...
Are you sure that staging won't work in this area?
Isn't a bad market the perfect time to stage?
Are you sure this area is too small?
Can you afford NOT to stage?

Other builders have homes sitting for months and Carlton Builders, Inc. is selling houses as fast as they can complete and stage them.  Can you really afford NOT to stage?

Just something to think about...

Just wanted to say..... I truly believe that a "tight time" is the "right time" to stage.  I persaonally work with builders and Realtors on staging in this area too and have had a great turn around for a win/win situation for all parties involved.

Keep up the good work!  Let me know if I can ever help with furniture, accessory, mattress needs.

Julie: I like this post. Short and sweet and to the point. Congratulations on the fast sales and for making it clear that staging works - no matter where you are.

Congrats Julie on your recent success!  Results are the best way to show those who do not believe that your area is indeed ready for staging.  Continued success!

Great success story or should I say stories. I would love MY BUILDER that I just met to read this since he refuses to pay for staging the house CORRECTLY..he feels he can get some cheap items and just throw in the house. After listening to HIS plan I strongly advised against it. Good Luck

Hello!  Just wanted to say I love the area you work and live in....my husband is a golfer and we visited in the spring 2 years ago.  He golfed with our son along the Robert Trent Golf Trail.  They enjoyed a trip of treasured memories.  Alabama did an outstanding job with the trail and hotels!!!  Happy Staging and Much Success to YOU!!

Julie, Congratulations on such a great track record. You've got a smart builder. Sometimes it can take while, but hopefully others will follow suit.

Julie, that is great news, especially in these times.  Educating builders/investors/realtors is key to getting the information out the staging works, even more so in tough times.  Way to go!
