So what does the data tell us? Activity is up. Showings are up. There are some situations in the market that are not great but all in all the Douglas County Real Estate market, including Lone Tree, is doing well and I expect that trend to continue.I do expect to see more new listings enter the market as we change seasons. Inventory levels are at just over 2 1/2 months which indicates a healthy market! Based on the 1st week of April, I see this trend continuing throughout the rest of the month.
