A great way to share your schedule instantly online with a team or family member is Google Calendar. It is fast and easy to use and you can input several schedules at once - all appear as a different color - so you can "layer" them and avoid conflicts. You can have your schedule, a family schedule, a travel calendar and a school calendar, for example, and layer one or more (or view them separately). Very cool, free tool that can even email or text message you to remind you of your next appointment.
