Who says this isnt the time to buy !?.....The guy who is trying to get rid of his stuff with out taking a beating in the market !!?.....Who is trying to sell when the Tip of the year, is to actually sit on it for a while !!....Just like the Fonz used to say ...Remember !? ...I think I might have just shown my age !!....But for those wanting to sell ....SELL !!....Just do it without being greedy !!....Most investors I know are trying to slowly get rid of their holdings when the smart move is to sit on them. Why would you want to sell a money generating machine !? ..If it has plenty of equity in it ...Its rented with positive cash flow ...and its a newly rehabbed building....Why Sell It !!?.... Ride this wave out !!.....The smart investors do nothing but buy and hold....because when the market turns as we all know its going to ....You will be sitting on the Proverbial "POT O' GOLD" !!......The money is always going to be there for those who want to make it ...Its just that there are so many non-believers out there that would rather hide in the closet til the Powers that be say its ok to buy !!.....But by then its too late. The great deals are gone and your sitting there wondering why you didnt buy when it was so low !!.....My properties aren't always going to be priced as low as they are now...and they're not going to get any cheaper either !!....If you could make 50k -60k return on your investment...would that be worth it to you !? How much does that type of money return you in 3months !? ...I give you some time to come up with the answer...I dont want to spoil you and do it all for you !!....Give my Company a try.....It isnt going to kill you to look into it will it !?
