Let's face it, we are all at times in a hurry in the morning, and settle for grabbing something quick for breakfast.  After all, it is the most important meal of the day !!

I read some interesting facts I thought  I'd share about good and bad breakfast choices ~

gross.  any one of those meals sounds like a day's worth of fat and carbs....or more!

OMG!! Hard to ignore the numbers when they are smack in front of you.  Thanks Suzi.   I wonder how that cold piece of pizza I had this morning adds up, lol.
