Sam, It looks Like you depend on AR for marketing your listings a great deal, does this pay off?

Hi Paul, Actually it does pay to place your listings on ActiveRain.  The search engine and especially Google seems to pick them up from ActiveRain very quickly and as a rule I use the community or city in the title of the listing.  The link back to my site is another benefit tha many agents overlook.  I do not depend on ActiveRain marketing as my primary lead source but I have certainly seen the benefit from it.
