Not only am I in the fast Growing community in Canada my team and I have had the fastest start to the year. With over 50 closing to date and it doesn't look like we are going to slow down. I believe the key to high volume is to always seek education, their is alway some thing new to learn, in lead generation, client satisfaction, customer service, and of course follow up.
I believe that in my short 11 year carrier I still have allot to learn, I have always looked out for people how are achieving more than us and simply ask them how or what they might be doing different from myself or my team. Positive attitude is key, always be helpful, and don"t expect anyone to do anything that you are not prepared to do your self.
