Here's the numbers for Greenwood Village for last month.  According to Metrolist, which is the local MLS that includes Greenwood Village real estate, these numbers represent March 2007 of single family residential properties in Greenwood Village, Colorado(Arapahoe County).

Active New Listings (listed in March) - 23
Under Contract  - 23
Newly Under Contract in March - 18

Greenwood Village is one of the smaller areas in the Denver Metro area, however many of its neighborhoods are made up of high end luxury homes.  As you can see, a large amount of the homes under contract went under contract in March.  This is a great trend for this area. However, of the remaining inventory there is just under a 5 month supply of homes.  Pricing for sellers will be critical to avoid hanging out on the market until next fall.
