In order to expand my geofarm network, I've found that sending monthly newsletters or emails with CONTENT THAT YOUR READERSHIP WILL TRULY FIND USEFUL actually works to keep a faithful following. I've had many people write to me awaiting the next month's edition and requesting specific topics/questions to be addressed. Moreover, I was surprised to find out that some of my clients actually saved my newsletters as a series.
In my instance, I not also write about real estate topics, but also medical issues. I can do this easily because I also hold a medical degree, and can easily impart medical knowledge to my clients with sincere authority. They find the articles useful and often share it amongst their friends and family. For instance, in my last issue, I wrote about latest trends in the market as well as a short primer on Upper Respiratory Infections.
