Lakeshore coming back alive?

Maybe it's just me, but the lakeshore property market seemed to go under about two years ahead of the regular "correction" occurred.  So I see it as hopeful that it has picked up drastically this spring already.  With two purchase agreements closed, one pending, and three buyers waiting for a property to spring up, I see a bright light at the end of this tunnel!  Now if we can get this beauty sold soon, my seller will bel
