Charles, Keep Polly  Creek in mind. It is a good investment for someone who has hard money to invest. At $3,500,000 (285 acres at approx. 12,280 per acre}, full planning approved. it is 50$ lower than other properties sold for two years ago.

Bill-you know I think I have heard this over and over it is imprinted in my brain.....real estate is for everyone.....if you are ina wheel chair, a minority, and yes..for women their is less of a glass ceiling in real estate.  Look at all the millionaires you know...at least one of them is involved in real estate!
