Alright everyone. Turn-off CNBC and don't believe all you hear. I am not saying that there isn't a real problem. The issue is getting down about things you cannot control. I have not seen any real substantial changes in the Green Bay market. We are working business as usual at 1st Rate Mortgage. Yes, the DPA programs went away, and yes rates change on the hour (at least it seems). Negative thoughts breed negative attitude. Stay positive and lets close loans and sell homes.
On that note, if you read my profile you will see that I am new to the business. I am looking to align myself with a Realtor that shares the same values as myself. I have many past clients from my years as a car salesman, and i am taking apps all of the time. It is a buyers market and many customers are looking to loan officers to get pre-qualified. I am attempting to come up with new and unique marketing ideas. If you have any you would like to share please do.
