My insight:
In todays world, you must know where you're going.
You must have a plan.
You must work to be successful, but you first have to know what your goals are before you work hard.
Nobody ever hits the bulleye by just pulling the trigger. Without aim, your hard work is a stray bullet.
The following is from Napoleon Hill, apply it:
The Cheshire Cat asked Alice in Wonderland where she was going. Alice replied she did not know. The Cheshire Cat replied, then how do you know how to get there.
This is good advice. Working without a plan is sailing without a destination.
