What is a good website to spend money on?? Is there one?

I would like to put this out there for some advice.

What advice would you give a new agent when it comes to subscribing to all the different websites that promise to get your information infront of buyers, sellers, asset managers?  Does the old addage, you gotta spend money to make money still hold true?  If we do need to spend money, what are the sites we should be looking into?  I have made the mistake (yes, I'll admit it) - realtytrac. What a waste, had I only been warned or better yet, I should have asked around. That was a lesson learned, an expensive one.

I am curious what is actually a good site.

All help is appreciated.

I love www.point2agent.com very cheap and syndicates to 28 different websites.  Take it for a spin.  You can check out mine at www.therogersrealtor.com

Thanks for the post.

Heidi -

I think your Blog is your best bet.  No cost, build relationships, give and get referrals, share great information and experiences, and provide content that your readers can never get on a website because they are static. If you have a website, great, if you don't "Make This Your Website" you're already home.  ;-)  Thanks for the nice comment and for adding me to your associates.  My door is always open to you if you need any help at all.  :-))
