The weather is starting to get a little better and people are buying and selling. I just wanted to take a quick minute to let everyone that if you have clients comming to Las Vegas i will pay you 35% of the total commission from the HUD-1. Call me if I can help you and your clients. I also pay the same 35% for any listing sold here in Las Vegas from your referral as well as any commerical real estate transaction. Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't that be a violation of RESPA? Any "un-earned" fee not disclosed on the HUD is in violation of RESPA. I could be wrong so please correct me if I am! :)

Justin Kaatz.... Yes you are wrong. All fees and charges are disclosed. All professionals in the real estate business are able to collect a referral fee.
