I know that our economy has huge issues. We all know what we hear on the media that we
are heading for a long recession and that individuals today wanting to purchase things are
holding back waiting to see what is going to happen.
I have been in real estate since 1979 and I've seen all of these ups and downs in the 70's,
80's and 90's. Here we go again. Well, what you learn through each period of time is that
you have to look at opportunities.
What do I see as an opportunity today in 2008? No matter what the economy is doing,
there are people that always need medical care. Children need check-ups, elderly need
their doctors, people get sick no matter what is going on in the economy. But the trend
we see is that hospital emergency rooms are full of people, sometimes with no insurance.
Doctors are starting to move their practices into private offices to do small surgeries and
to handle patients directly in their own private practices.
Medical investments prove to be a great opportunity in today's market. High return rates,
sound investments and great opportunities. We are assisting doctors and investors today
to make smart moves into smart investments. What trends are you seeing in this area?
We can help investors not only in Atlanta, GA but also anywhere in the United States and
anywhere in the world. Medical tourism is also being the new trend. Patients travel overseas
to get plastic surgeries and surgeries with American doctors in places like Panama, etc.
Medical investing is our forte through our partnership with our associates in FIABCI. We
have teamed up with the BEST and we offer great service. Our Medical Real Estate MD,
Nathan can help you. Contact us for more information.
Sincerely, Dagmar Sands
