We rode around in golf carts previewing the golf course and the homesites in this beautiful mountain setting. The course is an extension of the landscape, Coore and Crenshaw feel a strong sense of obligation to tread lightly and carefully on this magnificent property and it shows. We were treated to wine and hors d’oeuvres as we were told of the 1 to 4 acre homesites and 845 acres of open space with walking and biking trails. The amenities will include use of a Lake House at Lake Tahoe with 190 feet of beach frontage and a private pier, the lake house is located minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort Gondola. The 2,000 acre Fly Fishing Ranch on the West Walker River will offer a classic, high-desert fly fishing experience. The clubhouse, fitness center, kids campus, and other club facilities will offer club members the full range of expected amenities, including a spa, fitness and wellness centers, dining, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a golf/fly fishing pro shop.
