After a pretty good August, considering, September residential sales were once again quite slow in the Lake Chelan area. There were 5 sales in September compared to 20 last year. For the quarter, we had 38 closed sales in 2008 compared to 78 in 2007. September sales dollars were 29% of last years number. Average sales price was $548k in September of 2008 compared with only $469k in September 2007.
