Pueblo CO: Rental and Investment Property

People are still looking for property despite the current market. I get e-mails and calls for investment / rental property on a regular basis. There are still good deals to be found in Pueblo. With the foreclosure situation people still need good homes and better than average landlords.

About once a month or more I will get a call from a tenant who is being displaced. Not because the tenant wasn't paying rent, but because the landlord wasn't paying the mortgage. Image the surprise when the knock on the door comes and the tenant knows he has a year long lease but is being asked to leave due to no fault of his own.

Now is a great time to buy investment / rental property in Pueblo.
