WHAT IS THE #1 INCENTIVE THAT MOTIVATES CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES?

VACATIONS!

Yes, Vacations is #1, Not Cash!

Give an employee $500 & ask them in 6 months what they did with it.  They won't remember!  Give them a vacation & they'll have memories for a lifetime!

USA Today, on their recent survey, stated that 93% preferred travel over other incentives.  "This is because vacation travel is something a large % of people could not afford for themselves."

How much business would you do if you looked your prospective client in the eye & said, "IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH ME, I'LL SEND YOU ON VACATION FOR A WEEK TO LAS VEGAS, MEXICO, HAWAII, BAHAMAS, PUERTO RICO, THE CARIBBEAN OR DISNEY?"

Wouldn't it make sense for a business to use the #1 incentive in the world that motivates their customers?

This will dramatically increase the bottom line in your business, & NOTHING will incent your customers more than vacations!

Good idea.  There are many programs out there for business to allow you to offer vacation programs to people at very inexpensive prices.

I know that I do look forward to a bonus. But I dream about my vacations. I would rather be in the tropics. I agree that its a better incentive for most!

You may have something there. Vacations are a great way to keep employees. Most won't save for a vacation on their own in this economy. vacations are put on the back burner. For the employee who has everything.......
