So often I'm complimented on how MUCH I put into caring for my clients.
This means so much to me to know that clients do notice the difference between just showing up and coming prepared. I have a permanent cooler in my trunk that carries bottled water for my clients. We're often just parched after all the conversation that goes on between showings and it's great to offer a nice cool drink.
Just like the Blog about the bank that gives out suckers for the kids brought along on errands, my clients know that I have thought ahead and I'm thinking of them. Sometimes it's just that simple of an idea that makes the DIFFERENCE!
