of these multi-level homes. There are 53 sophisticated townhomes in Del Charro, which were built in 1976. These homes range in size from 1,882 to 2,236 square feet of interior living space. All have two car attached garages, laundry rooms and there is guest parking. This is one of the few La Jolla 
townhomes developments in the La Jolla Shores area that feature a tennis court, pool, spa, sauna and community BBQ area. Recently they have had the roads resurfaced, the roofs redone and the exteriors painted. The HOA dues cover the exterior and common area maintenance, including water, sewer & trash pick-up. Del Charro is conveniently located within walking distance to La Jolla Shores beach, shops, restaurants and freeway access. Caminito del Cid is the street name for all the units in Del Charro Woods.
