Where Have All The Rehabers Gone?

I frequently come across great properties that are in need of some TLC. I wish I had the time and resources to share my love with them but just don't. I know a few investors that focus on rehabs in Kitsap county but they have taken on as much as they can. Where are my Rehabers at?
