Halloween will suck this year...

In some neighborhoods that cartoon is very true, unfortunately.

Kathy,  You have to hate it for the kids.   But how accurate is this cartoon?  That is the real scary thing this Halloween.

The up side for kids is they can T.P. a lot of homes before they are chased off by the owners.

That was a funny cartoon and then after letting it sink in very, very sad.... it is true in many neighborhoods there are blocks that look like that one. Thanks for sharing the cartoon.

That is so true, I am actually looking for the neighborhood with the least amount of foreclosures, I hope with the economy the way it is my son can still have fun and get some candy.

You must have gotten that cartoon out of a South Bay neighborhood paper. Chula Vista Eastlake is just full of foreclosed properties.
