New Business Park in Chandler

Chandler continues to grow and expand. I had previously blogged about a date in the future when there will be no more large subdivisions put in Chandler. Something similar is bound to occur, though likely at a later date, with regards to office space and commercial development. Of course, that date isn't today!
Just announced in the Arizona Republic is the construction of 'Park Place' - a 95 acre business park that will be located within very close proximity to the Chandler Fashion Center mall. Plans include 2 hotels, multiple retail stores and ~ 2 million square feet of Class A office space. Apparently the Chandler market currently has on the order of 500,000 sq ft of Class A space with very low vacancies. We'll have to see how the market handles such a HUGE jump in available space....
