Who else is excited about this optimistic news report that was in the Dallas Morning News this week?PMI Group just released a new study and the results are out - the Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving area is the least likely in the nation to lose home values - along with the Fort Worth area. One of the economists for the PMI Group states that Texas is looking better than anyone else.

Austin has experienced a record number of people relocating here as well. The Austin Chamber of Commerce says there are a thousand people a week moving to Austin. So when I drive home tonight there will be over 80 new cars on the road here full of transplants. I just want to sell half of them a new house!

Tom - ;)

Betina - Yes, in March, Dallas had 60,000+ people relocating to the area alone. In just that month! Much success to you!

Hi Terri... this is great news and the more of it that gets out into the community, the more quickly the local market will respond!  Thanks for sharing.

Lara - Me too, Lara. Very smart, btw, being a Sales Counselor and being on AR. Applause! My mom works for a builder who offered to pay for someone to blog for her (!!!) and she's thinking about it! Ay yay yay!

Steve - I know. Let's release that pent up demand, peeps! :)
