Views from the lanai look onto the pool and beautiful tropical gardens, with the West Maui Mountains and peek-a-boo ocean views in the distance.  Enjoy beautiful sunsets every day of the year from the well-shaded lanai.  The unit has ceiling fans and wonderful cross-ventilation, with trade winds wafting through the unit keeping it comfortable.  The 24,000 BTU Energy Star living room air conditioner, with its compartmentalized intake and exhaust is powerful enough to reach the bedroom.

The tile floors feature interesting patterns, tiled curbs, and extensive use of decor tiles.  The living room and bedroom feature quality textured carpeting with upgraded padding, new upholstery, and large screen TVs and DVD-VCRs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and beautiful kitchen and table ware. Decorating is in the British Colonial theme, and palm and banana trees, pineapples, and wicker in natural colors predominate.  Beautiful art work adorns the newly-painted walls.
