The Facebook Marketing Secret.

Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Estate Lead Generation

Hello Everybody,

We have been using Facebook over a year now to effectively reach our target audience of consumers.

To refer to the type of people we want to specfically reach please refer to our latest blog post:

Via Facebook you can create advetisements, marketplace listings, or eveb create a group for your business.

However, the power of Facebook lies in the News Feed. This is where people who are most likely to listen to you are located. They have:

-Taken the time to add you as a friend

-Have some level of interest in what you have to say

-Can see what you are up to

This is where you want to be found. This is like an ongoing conversation, and if what you are doing is remarkable enough - they will seek you out and listen. The goal is to reach this group who have given you permission to talk to them, show them something of value, and have them tell others.

Our company is compiling the first Facebook Marketing for Realtors/Mortgage Brokers program. If you are interested in learning how to make Facebook work for your business, please email us a request at:

I just logged into my facebook account to find out it was disabled by an Administrator.  I've never even really used it other than to log in.  I guess I now have to send an email to -

I read a good post on about the 13 reasons your Facebook account will be disabled and none of them applied to me unless my account was hacked so there must be more.

Hey Stealth, I think Facebook and MySpace should be left for socializing.  I think it is okay top give you profession and answer any questions your friends ask but it should not be used as a direct marketing element.

Socializing is where a lot of Realtors make their living. If you were at a party would you turn down a potential client asking you about the market because you were supposed to be "socializing?"

To sleep on the social online media phenomenon is just pure ignorance to the way our world communicates.

Once you have an engine in place to process transactions from leads, the focus must be on lead generation to fuel the engine!
