Home Stager with Stage It! Redesign It!

Although a lot of Realtors that see the blogs on ActiveRain aren't in my same area, your input is priceless to me.  I have been involved with offering staging information during sales meetings at large agencies and giving smaller classes on a more intimate level with smaller groups.  Again, I feel like most of the information out there is repetitive and quite frankly, simple. You can find it anywhere. What would make a Staging class more exciting or "worth it" to you?  What information are you tired of hearing about and what is the information that's most useful to you?  We all know that your time and my time is valuable and wasting it for either of us is counter-productive.  The bottom line is, we all want that listing to move as fast as possible.  It's good business in all arenas, period.  The same old, same old is great and don't get me wrong, it's still useful, but it's already available.  You don't need to sit in front of me to find it.  I'm also not talking about continuing education classes that you have no choice but to attend the last week of December.  You know you're out there, don't pretend it hasn't happened. ;) How can I REALLY help?

Hi, I just wanted to leave a short note. I am an ASP REALTOR(R), so I do it myself and I have plenty of credit. Other realtors that aren't ASP'ers or any other designation, just don't get it and don't care. However, there are a small handful of realtors that do it. That would be your target audience. What do they want? They need to get to know you; they need to see your work, they need to believe that this information is important to them. Many would rather just hire someone, or tell their clients what to do.

Good Luck.
