We get to board a plane and go serve the people of Lagos, Nigeria in Africa. This is a dream come true for us and we truly consider it an honor to go. We are there to be servants and to give the people everything that we can.
It is easy sometimes to get caught up in the financial panic that our media portrays. Yes, people in our country are going through real challenges. But, sometimes taking the time to see how people in other countries live, can give us a perspective shift to the truth how much we really have. The city of Legos is one of the fastest growing cities in the world. Because of this, there are a plethora of slums that have sprung up all over the city. A city that is known for extreme wealth is also known for extreme poverty and massive sanitation problems. I pray that we can be a blessing to a large number of people who can, in turn, bless others in their country.
