  11. Follow up to see that your sellers actually complete their work.

  12. Use the educational SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS sheet and the STAGING SELLERS CERTIFICATE with your sellers.

   13.   Establish professional polices and hold your sellers accountable to 

           keep their homes Staged during the market for sale time and for as

           long as possible before the closing of the sale.

Good information Dennis..not too many Realtors take the time to help stage a home.  They just take the listing and hope it sells!  Glad to see you offer additional services to your sellers.  Keep increasing your listing inventory, controlling that is the cheapest and easiest way to find a buyer.
