This week I collected prices of current rental rates in Land Park, East Sac, Oak Park,and Curtis Park (95817, 95818, 95819). I assembled a rental survey after searching through the newspaper and various rental search engines. Finding the right price for a rental will lead to finding a tenant quickly.

And . . . what would the average rents be in East Sac if you removed Oak Park? Mixing 817 with 819 skews the numbers. East Sacramento should be reported in its own ZIP, don't you think?
