Just yesterday I walked into a retail store and was browsing ----soon I overheard a conversation between a store associate and another real estate agent. The conversation went ike this......Store associate: How's the real estate market these days? And how are you doing? Agent: It's the WORST I've ever seen and I can make ends meet. It's just aweful.
Well, that may be true, but this is an example of how we are promoting the gloom and doom and our own demise. Let's put together some phases that are truthful but have a positive spin.
